Retreat for the centre of our lives, the heart

For two days we will dedicate ourselves to our centre, the heart, from many different perspectives.

With heart-opening yoga & Pilates we give it width and space, stretching and strength - in time with calm and serenity.

The place - the Zeniyo (https://www.zeniyo.de/) - will support us with its clear forms and we can immerse ourselves in its wonderful atmosphere and the opulent surrounding nature or simply find space for reflection and contemplation.

As a cardiologist, I will give you an idea of the connections between the heart, chest muscles, body centre and heart rhythm. Together with the two experienced yoga trainers Viola and Maren, you will experience and explore the heart space with heart-focused Pilates/Yoga and enjoy connectedness with your hearts.

We will talk about heart-healthy nutrition, with lots of tasty tips, plus medicinal herb expert Kathrin will take us on an exciting herbal walk through the lush greenery of the surrounding area. On Sunday there is the possibility to book additional individual movement lessons (Pilates/Yoga/Physiotherapy). For this, I would like to ask you to let me know 14 days in advance in order to plan the dates.

We are a small group with a maximum of 10 participants.

Price (nto) for both days incl. Zeniyo rooms and seminars: 390 EUR/person

Included are:
The use of the wonderful spa area with its salt water pool
with a view of the green Eider Valley
Sauna and relaxation rooms
Cedar Hot Tub
Large covered terrace with loungers and woollen blankets exclusively for our group including towels, shower gels, hair shampoos, skin lotion and hairdryer.
A delicious vegan lunch from the excellent in-house chef, as well as plenty of snacks, water, tea and fruit on both days.

A dinner on 7.10. and a brunch on 8.10. can be booked optionally for 35 EUR each and I can highly recommend them.
