Save the Date - Cardio Retreat Refresher

On this day, we want to give you another opportunity to remember the structures of your heart space and to recognise and practise your potential to actively modulate this space. A day specifically dedicated to refreshing and intensifying heart-centred yoga/Pilates sessions.

Our focus is on our heart power space, its expansion and stretching while at the same time centring the power in your core, as well as the possibilities of actively experiencing the inner rhythm and taking it in hand.
The two experienced trainers Viola Wiedemann (https://women-in-balance.de/) and Maren Maiwald (https://www.classic-veda-hamburg.de/) will once again accompany you in exploring your heart space with the aim of experiencing and enjoying clarity and connection with your heart.

The wonderful atmosphere of peace and protection, as well as the vibrancy of the surrounding lush nature of the Zeniyo (https://www.zeniyo.de/) will provide us with optimum support.
On this day we have exclusive use of the entire spa area, the saltwater pool with a view of the green Eider Valley, sauna and relaxation rooms, as well as the cedar wood hot tub.

We are a small group of maximum 12 participantsso that individual and intensive experiences are possible.
Price: 240 EUR/person

Included are:

• Expertise from 3 experts from the fields of yoga, Pilates, cardiology and heart-healthy nutrition
• 2 intensive exercise sessions
• Use of the entire spa and yoga area with large covered terrace with loungers and woollen blankets, towels, shower gels, hair shampoo, skin lotion and hairdryer
• a delicious vegan lunch on site as well as snacks, water, tea and fruit

Individual sessions with Viola Wiedemann can be booked as an option.
