Jörg Lehnigk

Graduate sports scientist

Since 2012 I have been working as a qualified sports scientist with a focus on performance diagnostics. Motivating people through sport and - in addition to improving performance - making patients healthier are my big goals. Sports and especially rowing have inspired me since I was 10 years old. In order to know exactly how the body reacts to movement through endurance, strength and coordination, I completed a degree in sports science at the University of Hamburg.
